  • Fill out the online renewal form completely, even if you've been a long-time member.

  • Click "SUBMIT" to proceed to the payment portal.

Payment Options:

  • Preferred Method: Use the options available on the payment portal. (Pay by credit card or by check)

  • Alternative Method: Chapter members can pay $50 directly to your local treasurer, and your treasurer will mail a single check to our National Treasurer Melissa McGrath

Recently Asked Questions About Renewing Online

1 - Will I get a receipt?

If you paid online with a credit card you will receive a receipt in your email. If  you pay with a check, the cancelled check is your receipt.

2 - How will we know who has already paid their dues and who has not?

I will send you your chapter roster about the third week of September and again the third week of October. One of the fields is Membership Expiration.

  • If there is a 2026 posted…that member has paid.

  • If it still says 2024…that member has not paid and should be reminded of the deadline - November 1st.

3 - I paid my National Dues by check. Do I still need to go online?

Yes, definitely. Even if you have been Kiwi Club member for a very long time, we need to make certain the new database is completely up to date. The easiest way to do that is to fill out the renewal form online. Answer all the questions and when you get to the page to make payment…you simply exit. Your membership will be updated once your check has been deposited.

4 - Why am I asked to create an account?

Creating an account is optional but the best reason to have it is so you will have access to your account in the future. If your contact information changes you will be able to correct it yourself by using the account.  And when we renew our Kiwi Membership again in 2026, you’ll be able to do that through your account.

5 - Do I need to write a personal story?

No, it is optional. But feel free to write a few lines about yourself, an experience while flying, positions you held on a local or national level,  your life after AAL,anything you think others would want to know.  You’re allowed approximately 1100 words.

6 -  I am a Life Member. I do not pay dues.

Our database does have you as a Life Member but we still needt you to fill out the renewal form online to update the records. Thanks.

7 - I don’t have a computer or a smart phone. How can I fill out the renewal form?

Because you aren’t asked for private or personal information it’s fine to have someone else fill it out for you on their phone or computer.
